- Regular Member: $45.00
Privileges: Participation in all Chapter activities including workshops with visiting professors and General Member meetings.
- Special Member $130.00
All of the above privileges plus Ikenobo calendar, and invitations to advanced workshops presented by Senior Professors from Japan or equivalent. Those who hold No.6 instructor of ikebana 3rd grade (脇教授３級) or above.
Instructions
STEP 1: All members must fill out the Online Membership Form to simplify the membership process. If you are not familiar with using a computer, please ask your teacher, a friend or someone who can help you to fill out the form. It is very difficult read handwritten application forms and we want to avoid making mistakes with your details. Thank you for your cooperation.
STEP 2: After you complete the Online Membership Form, there are 2 payment options to complete your registration.
(A) PAYPAL ONLINE – to complete the membership payment $ amount using your PAYPAL account or with your credit/debit card (by creating a new PAYPAL account). After completing the payment with PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. If you do not receive this email, your payment was not completed.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the chapter, please add the donation amount to your membership fees.
(B) OR BY CHECK – Send a check only, no need to send a paper application form. Everyone must register online or ask a classmate/teacher to register for you on the Online Membership Form. Mail check to: Ikenobo Ikebana Society NYC Chapter, CHURCH ST STA, PO Box 525, New York, NY 10008-0525

手順１ – オンラインで登録・更新

まず、全ての会員様に Online Membership Form に必要事項をご入力いただきます。
手書きの文字の判別ミスを回避する為の、用紙のデジタル化にご協力頂きありがとうございます。恐れ入りますが、コンピューター操作・入力のお手伝いが必要な場合は、各いけばな教室の講師にご相談ください。
手順２ – お支払い
お支払い方法が、以下の２つのオプションからお選びいただけます。
(オプションA) カード（オンライン）
「会員レベル」のメニューから該当するものをお選びください。PAYPAL アカウントを使用し、クレジットまたはデビットカードで決済をお願いします。 （PAYPAL アカウント 開設要。開設無料。）PayPal でのお支払いが完了すると、PayPal より支払い確認メールが届きます。そのメールが届かない場合、お支払いは完了していません。
税金控除の対象となる支部への寄付をして頂ける方は、会費に寄付金額を追加してください。
(オプションB) チェック郵送

步驟 2.
網絡填寫會員表格後，有兩種付費方式以完成您的註冊。
(A) PAYPAL
使用您的 PAYPAL 帳戶支付會員費的金額或使用您的信用卡/簽帳卡(設立新的PAYPAL 帳戶). 完成PayPal 付款之後，您將收到PayPal 的確認電子郵件（email). 如果沒有收確認郵件（email)，您的付款並未完成。
