Program
- 9:00am ~ Flower arrangement set-up by members
- 11:30am ~ Doors open
- 12:00pm ~ Opening remarks
- Lunch – Delicious Chinese buffet lunch
- Demonstration
- Silent Auction of containers – Please bring a check or cash and bring bags for your purchases.
- Raffle of containers – Raffle tickets priced $5.00 each, 3 tickets for $10. Check or cash only. No credit cards accepted.
- 2:50pm ~ Closing remarks
Price
- $65.00 per person for each Members and their guests
- Deadline for registration is April 15, 2023 – no cancelation after the deadline
Instructions
STEP 1
All members must fill out the Luncheon Registration Form. If you are not familiar with using a computer, please ask your teacher, a friend or someone who can help you to fill out the form. It is very difficult read handwritten application forms and we want to avoid making mistakes with your details. Thank you for your cooperation.
STEP 2
PAYPAL ONLINE – pay full $ amount using your PAYPAL account or with your credit/debit card (by creating a new PAYPAL account). After completing the payment with PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. If you do not receive this email, your payment was not completed.
